Job Description
Our client is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate departmental activities, implement business strategies, and drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and organisational performance.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and ensure effective implementation of business strategies.
Coordinate departmental heads, monitor performance, and drive accountability towards organisational goals.
Identify business development opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market growth.
Monitor operational expenses, resource utilisation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure excellent customer service, effective stakeholder relationships, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
Lead, motivate, and develop employees while fostering teamwork and productivity.
Prepare operational performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.
RequirementsHND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of five years' relevant management experience, preferably in operations or senior management.
Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
Relevant professional certifications and an MBA are added advantages.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, business development, and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of financial management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management or CRM tools.
High levels of integrity, accountability, organisation, and professionalism.
SalaryN400,000 – N500,000 monthly, plus transportation allowance and 13th-month benefit
