Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet/Logistics Tracker to join our team in Benin City. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates who are numerate, organized, and comfortable working with data and tracking systems.
The role involves monitoring the movement of vehicles / fleet and goods in transit using GPS and other tracking tools, to support logistics and business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor real-time movement of company vehicles/fleet using GPS tracking systems
Track the movement and location of goods in transit from dispatch to delivery
Flag route deviations, unauthorized stops, delays, or unusual vehicle activity
Maintain accurate logs of vehicle trips, mileage, and delivery timelines
Identify and report discrepancies such as late deliveries, missing goods, or route violations
Generate fleet/movement reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review
Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate tracking data
Support investigations into missing shipments, vehicle downtime, or delivery issues using tracker data
RequirementsBachelor's degree from a recognized university (mandatory)
Preferred fields of study: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any Engineering discipline
No prior work experience required — open to recent graduates
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using GPS tracking software/dashboards (training can be provided)
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
SalaryN100,000 - N120,000 monthly
