Job Title: Head Master / Head Mistress

Location: No. 2, Mayowa Okunola, Egbeda, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Lead the setup and full operational launch of a new institution under the SignTech Education initiative. Recruit, train, and manage academic and non-academic staff. Develop and implement academic programs aligned with national educational standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and excellence-driven school culture. Ensure compliance with educational regulatory bodies. Serve as liaison between the school, parents, the public, and government agencies. Drive the use of digital platforms across academic and administrative operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 4years of school leadership experience. Applicants should be able to commute easily to Egbeda. Experience in school setup, curriculum development, and administration. Knowledge of Nigerian education regulations and compliance frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with digital tools and education management platforms.
