We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Reports To: The school board

Description

• The role is to deliver the highest standard of education to the students, supporting Teachers and staff and ensuring an overall safe and secure school environment.
• Create the curriculum and overall social environment that the Teachers and students must adhere to.
• Work closely with staff to ensure the school provides exceptional education, physical health, emotional well-being and parental involvement services to all enrolled students.
• Work directly with Teachers to create a new syllabus
• Oversee cost control strategy dedicated to maintaining the school budget.
• Leading parent-teacher meetings.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, from a reputable institution –
• If Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, an NCE is desirable
• Must have above-average skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• At least 7 years post qualification experience in similar role (in early childhood education is an advantage).
• Business management skills
• Openness and flexibility
• The ability to work well with others
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
• Leadership skills
• The ability to teach and design courses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
