Job Title: Head Teacher

Job Summary
A reputable school located around the Ogba axis, Lagos, is seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Head Teacher to provide academic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
Minimum Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
A Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) may be considered in exceptional cases; however, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred for this role.
Professional Registration:Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and possession of a valid teaching licence (or eligibility to obtain one) is highly preferred and may be required.
Experience:Minimum of 5–10 years' classroom teaching experience.
Previous experience in a supervisory, academic leadership, or school management role is highly desirable.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to supervise and mentor teachers while driving continuous improvement in teaching quality.
Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian curriculum and, where applicable, the British curriculum.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage school operations and maintain high academic and behavioural standards.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
