Hospitality Sanitation Specialist

Role Overview



Our positions go beyond simply providing guests with a clean room and a freshly made bed. We aim to create memorable and unique experiences. Our Guest Environment Experts are proficient in a wide range of housekeeping functions, responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They have the autonomy to move about their space and address what needs to be done. Whether fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, or performing other similar tasks, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel spaces contribute to an exceptional guest experience.



Regardless of your position, certain elements are crucial for success – maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, preserving confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Environment Experts will be required to be on their feet and mobile (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods) and take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance). Performing all these tasks effectively (along with other reasonable job duties as requested) is essential for Guest Environment Experts – to consistently deliver the best for our guests and our business.
