Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden located in Lagos.
The Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall supervision, safety, and well-being of students residing in the hostel.
Day-to-day tasks will include enforcing discipline, maintaining hostel facilities, managing student activities, and ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment.
The warden will play a key role in fostering a supportive community, liaising with parents, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Experience in hostel management or student supervision
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of health, safety, and security best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in an educational institution or experience working with young people is a plus
