Housekeeping Supervisor

Position Objectives


We are seeking a proactive and composed individual to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the efficient execution of cleaning operations, including environmental cleaning and landscaping.


Duties


Oversee and monitor the daily activities of cleaners and gardeners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
Create cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request materials as needed.
Perform regular facility inspections to identify areas requiring attention or enhancement.
Ensure all personnel strictly adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Deliver comprehensive and timely reports to management regarding operations, issues, and team performance.
Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
Establish positive working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times and promote the same within the team.


Qualifications


Minimum of OND in any field.
Minimum of 5–7 years experience in facility management or hospitality industry.


Abilities:


Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Excellent reporting and communication skills.
Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented approach to supervision.
Strong interpersonal and people management abilities.
Presentable with a positive demeanor and strong leadership qualities.
Ability to motivate a team and efficiently resolve conflicts.
Preferably female, as part of maintaining a diverse and balanced supervisory team.
