We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to oversee employee relations, coordinate learning and development initiatives, manage onboarding, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.
Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and policy implementation. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programmes. Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports using SeamlessHR ERP. Prepare HR reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Support employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Employee Relations and Learning & Development. Hands-on experience using SeamlessHR ERP. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage.
N350,000 - N420,000 per month. Negotiable Application Closing Date
