About the job

We are looking for a smart and resourceful Human Resources Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment, and overseeing learning and development initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate and manage training and development programs
Ensure compliance with the labour laws and internal HR policies
Conduct performance appraisals and support employee performance management systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

A good University degree.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
