About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Tracker to join our team in Benin City.
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates who are numerate, organized, and comfortable working with data. The role involves tracking, recording, and monitoring stock and inventory levels to support warehouse and business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and record stock movements, including receipts, dispatches, transfers, and returns
Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock, overstock, or slow-moving items
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock against system/records
Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages in inventory
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records/logs
Support periodic stocktaking and audits
Generate stock/inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate stock data
RequirementsBachelor's Degree from a recognized university (mandatory)
Preferred fields of study: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any Engineering discipline
No prior work experience required — open to recent graduates
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
SalaryN100,000 – N120,000 / month.
