Job Description
We are looking for a technically curious, hands-on, and solution-oriented IT professional to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.
The successful candidate will support our day-to-day IT operations while also providing technical support for our web applications, internal software, digital platforms, and My Honeytreat App.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree / HND in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
2–3 years’ relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Support, Application Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role
Experience working with software developers or technical teams
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and application support
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms is an advantage
Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft, Google, or equivalent are an advantage.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between everyday IT operations and digital applications.
You should have experience or working knowledge of technologies such as:
JavaScript | Python | PHP | Java | SQL | HTML/CSS | APIs | Databases | Git/GitHub | Web Applications
You do not have to be a full-stack developer, but you must be technically confident enough to understand technology, troubleshoot application issues, communicate effectively with developers, and learn new systems quickly.
SalaryN200,000 - N250,000 per month.
