Vethan Concepts Group Limited (VCGL) is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team.
This opportunity is ideal for NYSC graduates who have completed their service or corps members currently seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
Assist with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Support user account setup, password resets, and system access.
Perform routine system updates, backups, and antivirus checks.
Document IT issues and maintain accurate support records.
Assist in maintaining the company's network infrastructure.
Provide support during software deployment and IT projects.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
RequirementsHND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
NYSC graduates (completed service) or corps members seeking PPA.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
