We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Checker Officer

Location: Jakande, Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately check, count, and record all incoming and outgoing products in line with company procedures.
• Ensure goods received match supplier delivery notes and purchase orders (POs).
• Verify product quality, batch codes, and packaging integrity before dispatch or storage.
• Cross-check pick lists and loading sheets to prevent discrepancies and shortages.
• Monitor stock movement between warehouse zones and report irregularities promptly.
• Support inventory cycle counts and periodic stock audits.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse sections, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Escalate product damage, quantity variances, or quality concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.

Qualifications & Experience

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or goods checking — preferably within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills with proficiency in MS Excel or inventory management software.
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and meet daily dispatch timelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of warehouse work.
