Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary
As the Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, managing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate accounting records and process financial transactions in line with company policies
Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and other financial reports on a timely basis
Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal control requirements.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years accounting experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or related sectors
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software/ERP systems
Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles
Candidates residing within Apapa and its immediate environs are strongly preferred.
SalaryN250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
