Lead Teacher

Summary


The Lead Teacher will be responsible for providing academic leadership and guidance to both students and teaching staff, ensuring that high standards of learning and discipline are maintained across the school.
The role requires overseeing curriculum delivery, monitoring lesson plans, and ensuring that teaching methods align with the school’s educational objectives and regulatory standards.
The Lead Teacher will mentor and support other teachers, provide feedback on classroom performance, and coordinate professional development activities to improve instructional quality.
In addition, the Lead Teacher will assess student performance, review examination processes, and ensure that learning outcomes are achieved.
The role also involves liaising with the school administrator and management on academic policies, maintaining effective communication with parents, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student growth and discipline.
The Lead Teacher is expected to model best teaching practices, uphold the school’s values, and provide leadership in both academic and extracurricular activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong teaching experience, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire and guide both staff and students towards excellence.

Salary

N50,000 - N70,00 Monthly.
