The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of adult learning theories, and instructional design methodologies, and has experience in creating impactful learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify skills gaps and develop tailored solutions to meet our organizational goals.
Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within Apex Network.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design techniques and educational technology.
Experience in developing engaging training materials and conducting effective training sessions.
Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must reside close to Lagos Island.
