Position Overview


To create and execute strategies and protocols to ensure the current and future workforce requirements of the company are fulfilled.


Key Duties

Training Program Administration:


Manage the creation, implementation, delivery, and assessment of training initiatives.
Collaborate with internal experts and external training partners to launch impactful programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness using indicators such as feedback ratings, knowledge retention, and behavioral changes.


Learning & Development Planning:


Formulate and implement a company-wide L&D strategy in line with business objectives.
Perform training needs analyses (TNA) in conjunction with business leaders and HR business partners.
Develop annual learning schedules, including leadership development, functional training, and soft skills.
Establish and oversee e-learning, blended learning, and microlearning approaches


Talent Management:


Spearhead the execution of talent review processes (e.g., 9-box grid, succession planning).
Facilitate the identification and growth of High Potential employees (HiPos).
Work with HR and business leaders to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key personnel.
Track talent readiness and internal mobility across departments and locations.


Leadership Development:


Design and manage leadership development pathways for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
Coordinate executive coaching and mentoring initiatives.
Work with leadership teams to address skill gaps and future-ready competencies.


Budget and Vendor Management:


Prepare and efficiently manage the L&D budget.
Assess, onboard, and oversee external training providers and partners.


Learning Technology and Analytics:


Supervise the learning management system (LMS) and promote its adoption across the organization.
Utilize data and analytics to measure L&D effectiveness and return on investment.
Monitor learning hours, participation, skill improvements, and impact on business performance


Qualifications and Abilities


Candidates should possess an M.Sc. in Human Resources
Candidates should hold a B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences (Member: CIPM, SHRM/CIPD/HRCI)
Minimum 8 - 15 years of relevant experience as Human Resources Manager
Strong attention to detail and precision
Capability to lead and supervise
Must have prior experience in the FMCG sector.
