Literature in English Teacher

Full Time

General Responsibilities

Teaching all areas of the secondary school curriculum of the subjects applied for,
Keeping up-to-date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum,
Bring innovation to the team,
Planning, preparing, and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range, preparing of the lesson plan
Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner.
Invigilating quizzes and final examinations.
Oversee assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as needed.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the principal or superintendent.
Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
Conducting practical sessions on the subject applied for where applicable.

General Requirements

Interested candidates should possess at least one of the following qualification; NCE, OND, HND, BA, B.Ed, BSc in relevant fields with 2 years of work experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Candidates must be team players, and should be able to communicate fluently and effortlessly in English language.
