We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Abuja
Description
Plan shipment schedules, truck utilization, optimize delivery routes, and book reliable third-party logistics (3PL) carriers or company fleets.
Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to guarantee correct and timely loading and dispatch of goods
Manage relationships with transport providers, track carrier performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Handle transit delays, product damages, delivery discrepancies, and customer complaints swiftly
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly logistics reports on transit times
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company records and information.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, word, and Outlook.
Engage in basic English communication with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and stay focused on assigned tasks without supervision.
Experience2-3 years in related position.
