We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Logistics & Operations Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily logistics and operational activities.
Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Monitor / Manage fleet and transportation schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve company objectives.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics / operations management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
