 Job Title: Machinery & Asset Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and highly organized Machinery & Asset Manager to oversee the Company's machinery, equipment, and operational assets, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, availability, and cost efficiency.

Manage the Company's machinery and equipment portfolio. Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Track asset condition, utilization, repairs, servicing, and replacement needs. Maintain accurate machinery and asset records and inventory. Coordinate vendors, technicians, and maintenance activities. Monitor machinery performance, downtime, operating costs, and asset lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical  Engineering is mandatory. Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in machinery maintenance, equipment management, mechanical operations, or asset management. Must have completed their university education and possess relevant professional or practical exposure to machinery, equipment, maintenance, or asset management. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and equipment management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
