Job Title: Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Engineering Manager with relevant industrial experience to join our Operations Team.
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of rotating and static equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure. Candidate should also be experienced in maintenance budgeting, spare parts management, contractor performance, and capital improvement projects.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and supervise all maintenance and engineering activities across the company’s operations.
Ensure high asset reliability, equipment uptime, cost-effective maintenance execution while maintaining strict safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, equipment overhauls, and engineering project execution.
Monitor maintenance costs, manage budget allocations and implement proactive cost-saving initiatives.
Supervise mechanical, electrical and instrument engineers, providing leadership and monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate seamlessly with other departments to guarantee uninterrupted plant availability and asset integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or other related discipline.
8 - 10 years relevant experience in maintenance experience including at least 4- 5 years in managerial role within a manufacturing, industrial gases, oil & gas, FMCG or related industries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

Proficient in asset management, maintenance, budgeting, cost control, and contractor management.
