Lily College of Nursing Sciences (LCNS) is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and proactive Male Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the male students' hostel.

Oversee the daily operations and administration of the male hostel. Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations. Supervise student welfare and promptly address hostel-related concerns. Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance issues. Coordinate repairs and ensure hostel facilities remain safe and functional. Maintain accurate hostel records, including occupancy, incidents, and visitors' logs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures. Prepare incident reports and communicate relevant issues to Management. Resolve conflicts among residents professionally and promptly. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure efficient hostel operations.

Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in **Social Sciences, Administration, Psychologyor a related field. Experience in student affairs, hostel administration, education, residential life, or facilities management is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of health, safety, and emergency response procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
