Job Summary
As the Managing Director, you will lead the organization's strategic, commercial, and operational activities while driving portfolio growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability
Oversee lending, credit, recovery, and portfolio management activities to maintain asset quality
Build strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with regulators, investors, and key stakeholders
Lead and develop a high-performing management team while driving operational excellence
Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and risk reports to the Board of Directors.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
Professional certifications such as ACIB, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIBN are desirable
10 - 15 years experience in financial services with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing lending or credit operations
Strong knowledge of credit risk, loan portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and business strategy.
SalaryN,3000,000 - N3,500,000 monthly.
