Pallyshop Discount operates a technology-driven e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers and sellers with various discount-driven offers.

About the Role

• We are seeking a creative, persuasive, and target-driven Marketer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our e-commerce platform, creating awareness, and driving customer subscriptions.
• This role requires someone who understands digital and field marketing, can connect with potential users, and convert interest into active subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase platform subscriptions.
• Actively promote the e-commerce platform to individuals, businesses, and groups.
• Organize and execute field activations, digital campaigns, and referral programs.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers and onboard them onto the platform.
• Monitor subscription growth and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
• Represent the brand positively at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media promotion is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
