Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager to oversee mechanical maintenance, equipment reliability, and plant operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle mechanical breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Conduct 5-Why/RCA and implement corrective actions.
Plan and coordinate shutdown and maintenance activities.
Manage mechanical spare-parts inventory.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment service history.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.
RequirementsB.Tech/HND in Mechanical Engineering.
8 – 10 years’ relevant mechanical maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience in shutdown planning and spare-parts management.
Good computer, documentation, and leadership skills.
