Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to conduct accurate clinical laboratory testing, support patient diagnosis and treatment, and maintain high standards of laboratory quality and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissues, and body fluids using standard procedures
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment while monitoring quality control measures
Ensure proper specimen handling, documentation, and reporting of test results
Maintain a sterile laboratory environment and comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Support blood grouping, compatibility testing, and identification of infectious agents
Manage laboratory inventory, prepare routine reports, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
Must have completed NYSC
Registration and a valid practicing license with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
Strong documentation, quality management, and laboratory data management skills
Attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
SalaryN240,000 - N300,000 / month.
