Job Title: National HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced National HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple business units and locations, ensuring consistent HR practices, strong employee relations, compliance and effective people management across the Group.
Lead and standardise HR operations across the Group's business units and locations. Oversee recruitment, contracts, performance management, employee relations and talent development. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, HR policies and statutory requirements. Monitor HR activities, headcount, HRIS records and workforce-related metrics. Provide HR advisory support to senior management and business leaders. Manage disciplinary, grievance and employee relations matters. Drive consistent HR policies, processes and best practices across all locations. Lead and develop HR teams across the business units.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field. Professional HR certification is required. 10-15 years' progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a senior HR leadership position. Proven experience managing HR across multiple business units and/or locations. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law, employee relations and HR compliance. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or a diversified business environment is highly advantageous. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills. Willingness to travel across business locations as required.
