Nursery Teacher Role

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Planning & Implementation: Deliver age-appropriate lessons to foster literacy, numeracy, creativity, and overall development.
Child Development: Observe and assess children's progress, providing individualized support to encourage growth.
Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, structured environment with clear rules and positive behavior reinforcement.
Parental Communication: Regularly update parents on progress, behavior, and milestones; address concerns and offer advice.
Child Safety & Well-being: Ensure constant supervision and safety; follow health regulations and provide first aid when necessary.
Team Collaboration: Work with staff and administration to support a positive learning environment and engage in professional development.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and assessments for reports and meetings.
Classroom Organization & Resources: Maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom materials and resources.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with at least 1 year work experience.
