We are seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Educator to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing education, supporting students’ academic and clinical development, and maintaining excellence in teaching and learning standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver lectures and practical sessions in nursing and related subjects
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools
Supervise and support students during clinical postings and practicals
Evaluate students’ academic performance through tests, assignments, and examinations
Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for nursing education
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate academic records and reports
RequirementsRegistered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BNSc); a Master’s degree in Nursing or Education is an added advantage
3–5 years teaching experience in a nursing institution or relevant clinical experience
Strong knowledge of nursing education standards and curriculum
Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the use of instructional and educational technologies.
