Job Title: Park Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Yaba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of car park attendants, cashiers, ticket attendants, and other assigned personnel.
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the car park.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, conduct, and adherence to operational procedures.
Monitor vehicle entry and exit processes and ensure proper control of access to the car park.
Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Conduct regular inspections of the car park to identify operational, safety, cleanliness, or security concerns.
Ensure all equipment and facilities within the car park are properly used and promptly report faults or damages.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including incidents, revenue-related observations, staff issues, and other relevant activities.
Monitor compliance with company policies, client requirements, and site-specific operating procedures.
Ensure proper handover between shifts.
Support the implementation of health, safety, and security requirements at the car park.
RequirementsCandidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND, OND.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an operational /supervisory role.
Good knowledge of customer service and operational procedures.
Basic knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and record keeping.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and basic digital reporting tools.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities.
Must be reliable, attentive to detail, and capable of enforcing operational standards.
Must reside around Ikeja or Yaba axis
