Organizational Development
Talent Management
Organizational Behavior
Related business disciplines
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 8 live online sessions (2 per week, 60 minutes each)
Facilitate interactive and collaborative learning experiences
Support student engagement and academic progress
Participate in meetings with the academic team
Ideal Profile
Applicants should meet one of the following academic profiles:Education Faculty:Master's Degree required; PhD preferred in Education or a closely related field
Or:Business & Human Resources Faculty:Master's Degree required; PhD preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Leadership, Organizational Development, or a closely related field
For both profiles:Currently working or teaching (preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Passion for online teaching and student success.
