Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers in our branch in Festacto join our early years team as we prepare for the upcoming academic session.

Key Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social-emotional development.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress in line with curriculum expectations.
Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care.

Requirements

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field (NCE, B.Ed, etc.).
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a preschool or early years setting.
Strong communication, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Creativity and flexibility to adapt to different learning needs and styles.
