Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional educational leader with a proven record of school leadership to serve as our Principal.
This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and team builder who will be responsible for the overall academic and operational success of the school.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction and operational leadership to the school.
Lead and develop the senior leadership team to drive school-wide excellence.
Oversee curriculum implementation to ensure alignment with national and international standards.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing school culture.
Monitor and improve academic outcomes and student progress.
Promote professional development and performance management of staff.
Maintain strong relationships with parents, regulatory bodies, and the broader school community.
Represent the school at events, conferences, and community engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor of Science, Arts or Education Degree. (A Master’s Degree in education or related field is an added advantage).
Minimum of 10 years in the education sector, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position within a reputable school.
Demonstrated ability to lead an evolving digital/smart school educational setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and school improvement strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Experience working with both Nigerian and international curricula
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Strategic Operational, Planning and Resource Management skills.
