Job Title: Process Safety (Engineer) Trainer

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• We are hiring a Process Safety Engineer who must have practical Technical knowledge of gas testing, process safety, Confined Space hands-on, LOTO & Machine Guarding in industrial settings like tank farms, FPSO, vessels, manholes and electrical power plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Training of clients on Process Safety Management, LOTO, Confined Space, PTW.
• Implement and maintain Process Safety Management systems in line with OSHA 1910.119 and API RP 754
• Lead training on hazard and operability studies, what-if analysis, and job hazard analysis sessions
• Manage the LOTO, CSE, Fall Protection, Machine Guarding, PTW scope of work
• Manage the Gas Testing Simulator Training at clients’ facilities.

Required Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Science or Engineering discipline
• Must have 3-5years experience in a process safety, chemical plant, vessels or oil and gas
• Any of these HSE certification – OPITO, NEBOSH, STCW, Marine Certification,
• A gas tester, Confined Space Attendant or Fire Watch certificate is an advantage
• Please do NOT apply if you do not have a Confined Space, LOTO and process safety experience.

Salary
300,000 Net per month + potential monthly site bonuse.
