This role is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to contribute actively to projects in production to gain practical, high-impact experience in digital product design and UI/UX.

User Research & Insights: Assist in conducting user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather actionable feedback and iterate on design solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design concepts are technically feasible, user-aligned, and implemented accurately. Design Systems & UI Libraries: Help build, maintain, and scale our visual design system, UI components, and brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all digital products. End-to-End Business Learning: Actively immerse yourself in the daily operations of Fembol Group—learning how freight forwarding, tracking, and customer management work—to design deeply practical solutions for real user pain points. Product Management Support: Assist the product team in gathering requirements, reviewing user feedback, and documenting feature behavior from a design perspective.
Education: Degree, Diploma, Certification in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience in product design. Portfolio: A portfolio (or case studies) demonstrating your design process, user-centered thinking, wireframes, and final UI solutions. Tooling Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar modern interface design tools. Design Fundamentals: A solid grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, color theory, and responsive design principles. Soft Skills: Excellent visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly, accept constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively. Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints, or prior experience working in an agile product environment.
Why Join Us?
Real Product Impact: Design actual software solutions used by businesses navigating global logistics. Mentorship & Growth: Work side-by-side with product leaders and software engineers, building a strong foundation for a career in UI/UX and product design. Opportunity for Advancement: High-performing interns will be considered for full-time roles within Fembol Group upon completion of their program.
