We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Engineer to oversee and optimize production operations within our advanced battery and plastic recycling facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Optimize production processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Operate and supervise advanced recycling and manufacturing equipment. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance plant performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and production losses. Analyze production data and prepare performance reports. Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources. Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Production Engineering. 3–5 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in battery recycling, plastic recycling, manufacturing, or related industries is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and automated machinery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
