Start Date: 1st October 2026 Job Purpose

The Production & Fulfilment Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all production and fulfilment activities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services. The role oversees garment processing, quality assurance, packaging, inventory control and order fulfilment while ensuring efficient resource utilization, adherence to operating standards and continuous development of production personnel.

Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production and fulfilment activities. Ensure efficient processing of garments and cleaning orders in accordance with established quality standards. Allocate work and resources to achieve production targets and service delivery schedules.

Oversee garment inspection, quality control, packaging and order fulfilment. Ensure order accuracy and minimize rework, losses and customer complaints. Monitor turnaround times and maintain consistently high service standards.

Supervise the effective utilization of personnel, equipment and production materials. Monitor inventory levels of consumables and packaging materials. Coordinate preventive maintenance and promptly report equipment faults.

Lead, supervise and motivate production personnel to achieve operational targets. Coach, train and mentor employees on production techniques, equipment operation, quality standards and workplace safety. Identify training needs and recommend continuous skills development programmes. Foster teamwork, discipline, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, HSE standards and quality management systems. Maintain a safe, clean and organized production environment. Prepare periodic production and performance reports for Management.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related discipline. Must have 7–10 years' experience in laundry operations, production supervision or service operations. Experience in staff supervision and training is an added advantage.

The Production & Fulfilment Supervisor is authorized to coordinate production activities, assign work, supervise production personnel, enforce quality standards, recommend training requirements, monitor equipment utilization and implement approved operational procedures to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.

The Production & Fulfilment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that every customer order progresses seamlessly from receipt to delivery through an efficient production and fulfilment process. Beyond operational oversight, the role is expected to build a skilled, disciplined and high-performing production team through continuous coaching, training and performance improvement, thereby supporting service excellence, operational efficiency and the long-term profitability of the Integrated Cleaning Services Business Unit.
