 Job Title: Programs Associate

Location: Ogudu GRA, Lagos 

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid) Job Description 

NerdzFactory is seeking a Program Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of its skills development and impact-driven programmes across Africa. This is a mid-level role for a structured, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning plans into measurable outcomes. You will work closely with the Programs Supervisor and cross-functional teams to ensure activities run smoothly, timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged, and programme data is accurately tracked and reported. The role blends programme coordination, monitoring & evaluation support, stakeholder engagement, and systems improvement, making it ideal for someone with experience in development projects, training programmes, youth employment initiatives, or entrepreneurship ecosystems. Beyond execution, you will also contribute to improving internal processes, strengthening reporting quality, and supporting proposal development for new initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to play a direct role in delivering high-impact programmes that equip young people, educators, and businesses with future-ready skills.
