We Design, Procure, install and maintain Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, water treatment, Firefighting and water supply systems as well as power supply, electrical network and communication systems to meet industrial, commercial or residential requirements. We also provide quality general plumbing services.

Job Description

• MAR&MOR is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead teams and oversee the successful delivery of MEPF projects across various business units.
• In this role, you will ensure efficient resource management, schedule adherence, and project success, all while contributing to process improvements that elevate project delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate on-site project teams to meet objectives and milestones.
• Oversee full project lifecycle—from initiation to deployment, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plans, estimates, and manage resources to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide necessary training.
• Manage project scope, changes, and act as an internal quality control check.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely procurement, project valuation for claims, and project closure with proper documentation.
• Represent MAR&MOR in project and strategy meetings and provide interpretation of plans and contract terms.

Requirements

• B.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of post-NYSC experience in building services engineering, including 5 years managing MEPF projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• COREN registered member.
