Job Title: Project Planner
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Purpose
Greenpeg Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Project Planner to develop, manage, and monitor project schedules for multidisciplinary engineering projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical paths.
Prepare project forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
Identify scheduling risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams.
Support resource planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
Track project KPIs and ensure accurate reporting.
Promote project planning best practices and continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely delivery of project schedules.
Schedule accuracy and milestone achievement.
Effective resource utilization.
Timely submission of project reports.
Successful mitigation of scheduling risks.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of project planning or scheduling experience in engineering, EPC, construction, or industrial projects.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
