Job Title: Property Listing & Scouting Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time Job Summary
Korrect Homes is looking for a hardworking, resourceful, and organised Property Listing & Scouting Manager to find completed properties available for sale across the Lekki–Epe corridor. You must know this axis very well: the roads, estates, communities, streets, access routes, landmarks, and alternative directions. You should be comfortable moving around, meeting people, asking questions, and discovering properties that could be suitable for our buyers. Your responsibility is to turn fieldwork into accurate, marketable listings on our platform. You will identify properties, establish contact with authorised representatives, gather information, create photos and videos, and support client inspections. This role combines office reporting with regular fieldwork and carries a weekly target for qualified property listings.
Scout completed houses, apartments, terraces, duplexes, and other approved property types available for sale. Visit estates, communities, streets, and developments from Lekki Phase 1 to Epe to identify listing opportunities. Build productive relationships with property owners, developers, estate managers, engineers, site supervisors, security personnel, and agents. Use these relationships to discover opportunities and reach the people authorised to discuss or approve a sale. Meet agreed weekly targets for qualified, complete, and approved listings. Identify properties that match the company’s buyer demand, preferred locations, and price categories.
Confirm that each property is available for sale and establish the identity and authority of the owner or representative. Obtain permission to photograph, film, and market properties before creating or publishing content. Collect accurate details, including asking price, location, property type, room count, features, condition, occupancy, access arrangements, and applicable charges. Record the title documents stated to be available and pass supporting information to the company’s designated team for verification. Clarify agency arrangements, commission terms, and any other agents involved before the company commits to marketing. Flag conflicting information, unclear ownership, duplicate listings, or other concerns promptly. Submit complete listing records for approval and publication on the company’s platform.
Take clear, well-framed photographs of property interiors, exteriors, and relevant surroundings. Record useful walkthrough videos that show the layout, condition, and key features. Carry out basic photo and video editing, including trimming clips, arranging footage, and adding simple captions. Label and organise media so the team can easily match each file to the correct property. Present properties accurately without concealing defects or creating misleading impressions.
Coordinate inspection access with owners, developers, agents, or estate representatives. Make yourself available for booked inspections of properties you have sourced. Guide the sales team and clients to properties using accurate directions and your knowledge of the area. Confirm availability, access, and appointment details before each visit. Arrive on time, present yourself professionally, and communicate courteously with clients and property contacts. Record inspection feedback and share it with the sales team for follow-up.
Report to the office as scheduled and submit regular fieldwork updates. Maintain an organised database of properties, contacts, locations, media, and inspection arrangements. Reconfirm prices and availability regularly, and promptly flag properties that have been sold, withdrawn, or changed. Plan field visits efficiently to make good use of time and transport. Track weekly sourcing activity, approved listings, pending information, and inspections. Follow company procedures for transport expenses, information handling, and reporting.
How Success Will Be Measured
The number of qualified listings approved each week. Accuracy and completeness of property information. Quality and turnaround time of photos and videos. Reliability of property contacts and inspection access. Timely updates on prices and availability. Punctuality and effectiveness during inspections. Contribution of sourced properties to completed sales. A property will count towards the weekly target only when it meets the company’s listing requirements. The specific target will be communicated during recruitment and onboarding.
Excellent knowledge of the Lekki–Epe corridor is essential, including Lekki Phase 1, Ikate, Chevron, VGC, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abijo, Awoyaya, Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki, and Epe. Basic competence in smartphone photography, property videos, and simple editing tools such as CapCut or equivalent applications. Ability to use maps, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and listing or CRM systems. Strong organisation, attention to detail, punctuality, and follow-through. Willingness to work in the field regularly and support scheduled inspections. Integrity, sound judgement, and respect for property access rules and client confidentiality.
