Job Summary
Our client is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Register patients and assist with appointment scheduling.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries.
Provide accurate information about the hospital's services and procedures.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all information.
Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical departments.
Receive and distribute correspondence, deliveries, and other documents.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle patient enquiries and escalate complaints when necessary.
Perform other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.
RequirementsMinimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer operations.
Experience using hospital management software is an added advantage.
