Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Mananager to lead and grow sales operations across the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and team management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team to deliver high performance.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Ensure effective execution of sales plans and company policies across the region.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong experience in business development, channel/distributor management, and sales strategy execution.
Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
