Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard potential clients within assigned communities.
Educate clients on microfinance products (loans, savings, and insurance).
Conduct credit appraisals, business assessments, and group formation.
Manage loan disbursement, repayments, and portfolio monitoring.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure loan recovery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits.
Provide financial literacy and customer education sessions.
Prepare accurate reports on portfolio performance and client activities.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or related field.
Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or sales is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in the field and engage with communities.
Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity and commitment to client service.
