We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Resident Plumber
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Repair of water supply, drainage and sanitary systems.
Leak detection and emergency plumbing response.
Preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
Installation of pumps, water heaters and plumbing fixtures.
Accurate maintenance reporting.
Compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards.
RequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in plumbing and facility management.
Trade Test Certificate, Technical Certificate, or equivalent vocational qualification.
Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
Experience working in residential estates, commercial buildings, hotels, or similar environments.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
