Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Lead to drive business growth by leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salary loan sales, proven leadership experience, and a track record of consistently delivering sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Drive the sales of salary loan and investment products across assigned markets
Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and ensure productivity goals are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
RequirementsMinimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5 years' progressive experiencein financial services sales, with a strong focus on salary loans and investment products.
Proven experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Must be resident in Asaba-Delta state.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary: N230,000 – N300,000 / month (based on experience).
