Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Sales Team Lead with proven leadership experience in the loan industry to lead, develop, and inspire a team of Sales Executives.
ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of Sales Executives.
Drive the acquisition and growth of salary loans and investments.
Monitor team productivity and ensure monthly targets are met.
Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve overall sales performance.
RequirementsMinimum qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree.
At least 4years of progressive experience in loan sales, with significant expertise in Salary Loan sales.
Previous experience leading a sales team in Loan sales is required.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
