Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Counselor located in Abuja.
The School Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and counseling services to students.
Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing developmental counseling programs, conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, and assisting students with academic and personal issues.
The role also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.

Qualifications

Experience in Counseling, Guidance, and Developmental programs
Skills in conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions
Proficient in collaborating with teachers, parents, and school administrators
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations
A degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Relevant certification and licensure as a professional school counselor
